Refund / Return Policy
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of misuse or excessive wear
- Products damaged through improper handling
How to Request a Return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing
After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your payment provider
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared after the processing period:
- Check with your bank or payment provider
- Allow additional processing time
- Contact our support team if further assistance is needed
